We ship globally! However, please note that we currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.

Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To start your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once we approve your return request:
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached
- Use a secure shipping method with tracking
- Ship to our returns address: Albionfit Store, 11 Rosewood Lane, Essex, US 05452
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (both one-piece and two-piece) – unless defective
- Kids Swims collections
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Personalized or custom items
- Final sale items (clearly marked in our store)
Note: Defective swimwear items will be replaced with the same item, subject to inspection.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable
