Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To start your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once we approve your return request:

  • Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • Ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached
  • Use a secure shipping method with tracking

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days
  • Refund Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (both one-piece and two-piece) – unless defective
  • Kids Swims collections
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in our store)

Note: Defective swimwear items will be replaced with the same item, subject to inspection.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties are non-refundable
